Waldorf salad

Ingredients list
- 1 Granny Smith apple – thinly sliced
- 1 handful of walnuts – roughly chopped
- ½ cup red grapes – halved
- ¼ cup Aioli – store bought
- Olive oil
- 1 cos lettuce – washed
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley
Method
- Slice your apples, then squeeze lemon juice over them to prevent browning.
- Combine aioli with olive oil until you achieve a creamy consistency.
- In a large bowl, layer washed cos lettuce. Add sliced apples, grapes, walnuts, and dressing. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Continue layering in the same order until your serving bowl is full.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
