Can I avoid shipping fees and collect my order?

Yes you can however I warehouse is only open on Tuesday and Thursday between 10-2pm (non flexible). Our warehouse is located at 54-58 Gladstone Steet Southbank VIC 3006. To coordinate a time you will need to email hello@thouse.com.au

How do I access the Shop to purchase products?

Simply press the T.SHOP menu option within the menu bar on the top of the Homescreen page.

How do I know which charity the products I have purchased go towards?

Within the description page of each product listed within the T.SHOP you will see the details as to which charity the product supports.

What charities do T.House support?

We support Eat Up, The Robert Connor Dawes Foundation and The Lighthouse Foundation.  For more information head to our Charities page on the website.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Afterpay.

Is it safe to use my credit card through the online store?

All transactions placed through the T.Shop are processed through Stripe, which is a validated compliant service provider. This system ensures fraud protection measures are maintained & cardholder data is secure & encrypted for buyer security.

What can I use my Subscriber discount on?

You can use your initial subscriber discount of 10% on any products within the T.Shop outside of the Bespoke teal blue vase. This code is available to use on your first purchase at the T.Shop and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

When will I receive my order?

Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post – Standard Post. For standard post, please allow 3-5 business days for Metropolitan areas, and 5-10 business days for Rural areas. Please be mindful that during busy times of the year like Christmas, Australia Post may be late with deliveries so be sure to get your orders in early to avoid disappointment.

Can I request to Express post my delivery?

Yes you can, however you will need to contact hello@thouse.com.au to arrange a special order. We will then submit the order to the warehouse and arrange express postage to your desired address.  You will be issued with an invoice for payment and this invoice will include the required postage fees. Please note if you choose this option you will not need to order through the T.Shop.

Can you ship orders internationally?

Are the products packaged?

Yes, all of our T.House products come packaged and labelled.

How will I know if you have received my order?

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. If you cannot see your order confirmation within your inbox, do check your junk files. If you still cannot find the order confirmation kindly email hello@thouse.com.au and we will be able to confirm that your order has been received. Please note, your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.
