Tuna crackers

Ingredients list

  • Tuna in oil (approx 95g)
  • 1 heaped tablespoons Greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Small handful of celery, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon capers, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives (or sliced red onion)
  • Small handful of pickles, finely chopped
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Avocado
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Chilli flakes
  • Wholemeal rice crackers

Method

  • In a bowl, mix together tuna, Greek yoghurt, mustard, celery, capers, chives, pickles, and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread avocado onto the wholemeal rice crackers. Top with sliced cucumber and spoon the tuna mixture over the top.
Notes
  • You can use any flavour Tuna and crackers you like
  • I like to add fresh chilli to mine for an extra kick!
