- Mushrooms (sliced)
- Butter
- Spring onion
- Fresh sage

Method
- Place the sliced mushrooms in a pan over medium heat. Do not add any oil or butter.
- Cook the mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until they are nicely browned.
- Once browned, add the butter, chopped spring onions, and chopped sage to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Season with a generous sprinkle of salt and cook for an additional minute until the spring onions are tender and the butter is melted.
