Ingredients list
- Tortilla wraps
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Handful of spinach
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh chives
- Crumbled feta
Method
- Prepare the tortilla: Heat a tortilla of your choice in a pan over medium-high heat.
- On one half of the tortilla, layer mozzarella cheese, spinach, parsley, chives, and crumbled feta.
- Fold the other half of the tortilla over the toppings to form a pocket. Press down gently and cook the quesadilla on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Once cooked, slice the quesadilla pocket in half and enjoy immediately!
