Salmon Brioche buns

Ingredients list

  • X3 mini brioche rolls
  • ½ cups cream cheese
  • 2 pickles, chopped
  • 2 tsp chives, freshly chopped
  • 250g smoked salmon
  • Salt, fresh dill and squeeze of lemon to serve

Method

  • Slice the brioche buns in half and toast until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, pickles, fresh dill, and chives.
  • Assemble the Buns: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the toasted brioche buns. Layer on slices of smoked salmon.
  • To finish, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, squeeze of lemon juice, and garnish with fresh dill.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
