Salmon Brioche buns

Ingredients list
- X3 mini brioche rolls
- ½ cups cream cheese
- 2 pickles, chopped
- 2 tsp chives, freshly chopped
- 250g smoked salmon
- Salt, fresh dill and squeeze of lemon to serve
Method
- Slice the brioche buns in half and toast until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, pickles, fresh dill, and chives.
- Assemble the Buns: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the toasted brioche buns. Layer on slices of smoked salmon.
- To finish, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, squeeze of lemon juice, and garnish with fresh dill.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
