Pimped up Hummus and Tzatziki

Ingredients list
- 1 container of store bought tzatziki
- 1 container of store bought hummus
- 1 Lebanese cucumber – chopped
- ½ cup sun dried tomatoes – chopped
- Pitted red olives (halved)
- Handful of toasted pine nuts
- Handful of fresh herbs; Mint, Parsley & Chives
- Handful of pomegranate seeds
- Olive oil
- Dukkah *optional
Method
- Evenly spread hummus on a serving platter to create the base layer.
- Spread tzatziki on top of the hummus, creating the next layer.
- Add layers of cucumber slices, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, pine nuts, and pomegranate seeds over the hummus and tzatziki.
- To garnish, sprinkle parsley, mint, and chives over the layered ingredients and serve with toasted tortillas on the side for dipping.
