Olive and baked feta dip

Ingredients list

  • 200g of feta
  • 1 cup pitted olives
  • 1 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove – minced
  • Handful of fresh rosemary, thyme and sage
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • Olives oil
  • Bread of choice, toasted

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees (Celsius)
  • Place the feta cheese onto a baking dish
  • Surround the feta with olives and cherry tomatoes and stir through the minced garlic.
  • Season with fresh rosemary, thyme sage and chilli flakes.
  • Drizzle all over with olive oil
  • Bake in the over for 20 minutes at 180 degrees
  • Toast the bread
  • Once heated through, remove the cheese from the oven. Using a fork, break up the feta and mix through tomatoes and olives.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve with toasted bread
