Greek green beans

Ingredients list
- 1 red onion
- 500g chopped green beans
- Olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes – chopped in half
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cups water
- A pinch of fresh parsley, dill and chives
- Crumbled feta (to serve)
Method
- Add some olive oil to a saucepan on medium heat.
- Sautee your red onion until soft, and then add in your green beans
- Add minced garlic, oregano and salt and pepper.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, tomato paste and water, then cover and cook the beans to your liking.
- To serve sprinkle with fresh herbs and crumbled feta
