Ingredients list

  • 80g Goats cheese log
  • ¼ cup Pistachios (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Cranberries (chopped)
  • 1 heaped TBSP Honey
  • Dried Crackers (for serving)

Method

  • On a board, finely chop pistachios and cranberries, then combine them thoroughly. Spread this mixture evenly on a surface as wide as your goat cheese log.
  • Drizzle honey over the nut and cranberry mixture
  • Roll the goat cheese log over the mixture, ensuring it coats the cheese evenly, including the ends.
  • To serve, place the coated cheese log in a serving dish. Drizzle another layer of honey over the top. Serve alongside your favourite crackers.
