Easy Corn puff & Chocolate dessert

Ingredients list

  • 1 cup chocolate, melted
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 6-8 corn puffs or rice crackers
  • Sprinkle of coconut flakes

Method

  • Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Stir in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to thin the chocolate and make it easier to work with.
  • In a large bowl, break corn puffs into smaller pieces.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the broken pieces and stir to coat evenly.
  • Spread the chocolate-coated mixture onto a flat tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
  • Refrigerate for a couple of hours until the chocolate is set.
