Easy Corn puff & Chocolate dessert

Ingredients list
- 1 cup chocolate, melted
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 6-8 corn puffs or rice crackers
- Sprinkle of coconut flakes
Method
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Stir in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to thin the chocolate and make it easier to work with.
- In a large bowl, break corn puffs into smaller pieces.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the broken pieces and stir to coat evenly.
- Spread the chocolate-coated mixture onto a flat tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours until the chocolate is set.
