Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Prepare the Chickpeas: In a baking tray, combine drained chickpeas with your choice of spices and season with salt.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat the chickpeas evenly.
  • Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-45 minutes, or until the chickpeas are crispy and golden.
