- Chickpeas, drained
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Prepare the Chickpeas: In a baking tray, combine drained chickpeas with your choice of spices and season with salt.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat the chickpeas evenly.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-45 minutes, or until the chickpeas are crispy and golden.
