Chocolate peanut butter cups

Ingredients list
Salad
- 1 bar of melted dark chocolate
- 1 scoop high protein peanut butter
- 2-4 rice cakes (broken up)
Method
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave until you have a runny consistency
- Add the peanut butter and stir to combine.
- Using your hands, crush up 2 – 4 rice cakes and add straight to the chocolate mixture
- Scoop the mixture into silicone trays and cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- When ready to serve, simply pop the chocolate cups out of the silicone trays.
Notes
Add a pinch of sea salt for a sweet and salty taste before you pop them in the fridge.
