Carrot and Sweet Potato Parmesan chips

Ingredients list
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 carrot, chopped into chunky chips
- 1 sweet potato, chopped into chunky chips
- Grapeseed oil
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Prepare vegetables by chopping carrots and sweet potatoes into thick chip style shapes.
- Place your chips onto a baking tray and drizzle with oi. Sprinkle cayenne pepper, chilli flakes, paprika, garlic granules, and salt onto the vegetables. Customise the seasoning to your taste.
- Add a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese directly onto the seasoned vegetables.
- Press vegetable slices firmly into the parmesan cheese, leaving a small space between each slice on the tray.
- Bake the vegetables for 15-20 minutes, or until the parmesan cheese has crisped up and the vegetables are tender.
- Enjoy your crispy and cheesy vegetable chunks straight from the oven.
