- Half a green cabbage
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Pine nuts
- Parmesan cheese
Dressing *optional
- Greek Yoghurt
- Lemon juice
- Fresh parsley
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Wash the cabbage with cold water and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Season the Cabbage steaks generously with olive oil, salt, pepper, pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the cabbage on a parchment lined baking tray and roast in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- After roasting, grate a little extra Parmesan cheese over the cabbage and enjoy
- Optional Dressing: For a simple dressing, combine Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, and fresh parsley to add a touch of freshness.
