  • Mushrooms (sliced)
  • Butter
  • Spring onion
  • Fresh sage
  • salt

Method

  • Place the sliced mushrooms in a pan over medium heat. Do not add any oil or butter.
  • Cook the mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until they are nicely browned.
  • Once browned, add the butter, chopped spring onions, and chopped sage to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  • Season with a generous sprinkle of salt and cook for an additional minute until the spring onions are tender and the butter is melted.
Notes:
