- 3 apples (sliced into thick disks)
- About 1 cup of low-sugar peanut butter
- 1 cup of chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts)
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate, melted for drizzling
- Salt, to sprinkle
Method
- Slice the apple into thick disks and remove the core to create a doughnut shape.
- Spread each apple disk with peanut butter.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over the peanut butter, then drizzle with dark chocolate.
- Finish with a sprinkle of salt.
- Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
