Olive and baked feta dip

Ingredients list
- 200g of feta
- 1 cup pitted olives
- 1 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove – minced
- Handful of fresh rosemary, thyme and sage
- Pinch of chilli flakes
- Olives oil
- Bread of choice, toasted
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees (Celsius)
- Place the feta cheese onto a baking dish
- Surround the feta with olives and cherry tomatoes and stir through the minced garlic.
- Season with fresh rosemary, thyme sage and chilli flakes.
- Drizzle all over with olive oil
- Bake in the over for 20 minutes at 180 degrees
- Toast the bread
- Once heated through, remove the cheese from the oven. Using a fork, break up the feta and mix through tomatoes and olives.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with toasted bread
