High Protein rice

Ingredients list
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups bone broth (2 cups for every 1 cup of rice)
Method
- Rinse your rice and soak in water for five minutes to remove any excess starch.
- Put in a pot with bone broth (ratio one cup of rice to 2 cups of bone broth) and simmer on low until cooked.
- Allow to cool in the pot and then refrigerate to enjoy later!
Notes
- You can use any type of rice you prefer
- When you put the rice in the fridge and then reheat it – it becomes resistant to starch – which is much better for your gut.
