Tuna crackers

Ingredients list
- Tuna in oil (approx 95g)
- 1 heaped tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Small handful of celery, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives (or sliced red onion)
- Small handful of pickles, finely chopped
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Avocado
- Sliced cucumber
- Chilli flakes
- Wholemeal rice crackers
Method
- In a bowl, mix together tuna, Greek yoghurt, mustard, celery, capers, chives, pickles, and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread avocado onto the wholemeal rice crackers. Top with sliced cucumber and spoon the tuna mixture over the top.
Notes
- You can use any flavour Tuna and crackers you like
- I like to add fresh chilli to mine for an extra kick!
