Tuna Melt

Ingredients list
- 4 slices bread of your choice
- Butter
- Cheese – approx 2 slices per sandwich
Filling;
- Handful of Celery, chopped
- 2 tins of tuna in oil (95g tin)
- Handful of chopped chives or green onion
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- Handful of chopped dill
- Handful of capers & Jalapenos
- Fresh lemon juice
Method
- Combine all of the filling ingredients together in a bowl.
- Butter both sides of the bread and add the filling and cheese.
- Transfer the sandwich to a slightly oiled fry pan and cook on high heat until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with chips, pickles, and a fresh leafy green salad.
